Our standard service hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Special arrangements may be available upon request.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing is transparent and competitive. Payment terms include:

  • All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made

8. Liability and Insurance

  • Employer's liability insurance
  • Equipment and property damage coverage

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided or £1,000, whichever is greater, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. We are not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage to items left in hidden or inaccessible areas
  • Damage due to structural issues or building defects

Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion with photographic evidence.
